Kirsten Theuns - Country Coordinator

Kirsten is from the Netherlands and has a background in Development and Social Sciences. Kirsten has worked with different NGO's, and strongly believes in capacity building as a means of creating better conditions for disadvantaged people. Kirsten is responsible for managing EFD’s office in Vietnam. |

Vu Minh Ha - Program Officer

Minh Ha is managing EFD’s infrastructure program. Ha has a background in Natural Science and Business Administration and loves to use her skills to improve the lives of disadvantaged Children and Youth. Ha believes that the more effective projects are carried out, the more they will benefit our target group. |

Doan Thuy Diep - Program Officer

Diep used to work at EFD as a volunteer in 2005 and has now returned to work as Program Officer for EFD’s Training Program. Diep has always been interested in social development and she believes that the best way to improve people’s lives in Vietnam is through providing them with (quality) education, starting with children. |

Nguyen Dinh Te - Program Officer

Te is responsible for EFD’s MAS program. His background is in Social Work and Community Development. Te has been working for several NGO’s over the last ten years and believes that capacity building and giving opportunities to disadvantaged children and youth is the best way to improve their lives. |

Tran Thi Thao Nguyen – Administrative Officer

Nguyen volunteered with EFD for over 1 year before taking on the administrative position. She has a background in Social Studies. Her task is to make sure that EFD’s office runs smoothly. Nguyen believes in EFD’s approach of providing local NGOs with knowledge and skills, so that they can improve their services for disadvantaged children and youth. |
